We have a No Melt Guarantee policy for shipping to insure that the products arrive fresh. We work closely with the mailing services to confirm prompt delivery. However, please note that fresh and delicious chocolate does melt in warm temperatures so please take care when receiving our packages to keep them in cooler temperatures until you have a chance to enjoy them. If you feel that there was a shipping problem, please contact us for any questions at info@chocolab.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
While we want every customer to be happy, If the chocolate has been eaten or was undamaged on delivery, it will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
